About the Role
We are seeking a married couple to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

- Providing a nurturing, family-like environment for students
- Guiding students in daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being
- Managing the student home and handling daily tasks
- Driving and transporting students as needed
- Administering medication and providing basic care
- Preparing meals and maintaining a clean living space
