About the Position
This is a unique opportunity for a married couple to work together as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
- Provide consistent support and guidance to students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
- Participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

- Competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple.
