What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Youth Advocates position at Milton Hershey School?
About the Role:
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as Flex Houseparents, responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a residential setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
