As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Handling daily tasks within the home, such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Reporting incidents and providing regular updates to the residence director
Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
