What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Youth Development Role position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for married couples to serve as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School, providing a loving and supportive environment for our students. As part of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a small group of students, helping them develop important life skills and values.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive community.
