Job Description:
In this role, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing students, handling various responsibilities, leading daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We offer a unique opportunity for couples to work together and make a positive impact in the lives of our students.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and limit pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. We also require a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
