We are seeking married couples who share our passion for supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. As flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students.
Your responsibilities will include managing student homes, driving students to appointments, and administering medication when needed. You will also be responsible for creating a family-like environment, encouraging positive relationships between students and providing guidance and support when needed.
