Make a Difference as a Married Couples Advocate
Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a married couples advocate, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing student behavior and discipline
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students
- Assisting students with their academic and personal goals
