Milton Hershey School is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our students. As a Family Support Partner, you will play a vital role in helping students thrive and succeed.
You will live on-campus with your partner and work together to guide students, manage daily routines, and engage in educational activities. You will create a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Our benefits package includes a competitive salary, comprehensive insurance, and relocation assistance. We also offer a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
We are seeking couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions.
