Role Overview
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents and provide a nurturing family-like environment for our students. As a flex houseparent couple, you will live in an on-campus student home and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

* Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
* Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
* Cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home
* Support students' emotional and educational growth
