To be successful as flex houseparents, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be at least 27 years old, married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
