About the Position
We are seeking experienced married couples to become residential caregivers for our young students. As a residential caregiver, you will live in a student home with your spouse and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will be responsible for creating a family-like environment, handling household responsibilities, and providing guidance and support to our students. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their personal growth and development.
The compensation package includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. We also offer a flexible schedule with nine days on followed by three days off, as well as a three-week paid summer vacation.
