Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become residential youth caregivers. In this role, you will live on campus with your spouse and care for a group of 8-12 students.
As a residential youth caregiver, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for the students, guiding and supporting them in their daily lives. You will also handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
We also provide relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school.
