Responsibilities and Requirements
Live on-campus and provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment.
Nurture relationships, drive, administer medication, budget, and report.
Be assigned to different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home.
Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Hold a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
Be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
