Job Description
As Houseparents, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will live on campus with your spouse and manage daily responsibilities such as supervision, medication administration, and budgeting. This role requires commitment and dedication from both spouses, who will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure for them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have been legally married for at least two years. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
