About the Role
The Flex Houseparent role is a unique opportunity for married couples to provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students. As a key member of our team, you will guide, care for, and manage household tasks, transport students, and budget. You will also participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Residing on-campus with your spouse
- Participating in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Compensation and Benefits
You will enjoy a competitive salary package of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 for couples. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Schedule and Lifestyle
You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also enjoy a three-week paid summer vacation.
