As a house parent, you will play a vital role in creating a family-like environment for our students, helping them to develop essential life skills and values.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
As a house parent, you will be responsible for the daily care and supervision of a small group of students. This includes tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other staff members to support the students' educational and personal growth.
We offer a competitive compensation package of $43,825 per person (total of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a three-week paid summer vacation. Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school.
