What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couples Required for Student Support Roles position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become part of our team of residential youth mentors at Milton Hershey School. As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus homes and guide 8-12 students, managing daily responsibilities and fostering a family-like atmosphere.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED required
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
