As flex houseparents, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent and supportive environment that fosters their academic, social, and emotional development. This includes handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, as well as leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
