As flex houseparents, couples will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming home environment for students. They will provide guidance and support, help with daily tasks, and assist with academic and extracurricular activities. Couples will also participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our students.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a strong passion for working with youth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team. Couples must also be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA, and be committed to living on-campus during their employment with Milton Hershey School.
