We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents, responsible for guiding and nurturing groups of 8-12 students. In this role, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

As a flex houseparent, your responsibilities will include:
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being age 27 or older. Additionally, you should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.

We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training are also provided.
