As a flex houseparent, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students from diverse backgrounds and experience the rewards of making a positive impact on their lives. Whether it's helping with homework, participating in extracurricular activities, or simply providing a listening ear, you will play a vital role in supporting students' emotional and social development.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
