We are currently hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role requires couples to provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. Initially, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

The schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school. Additionally, you will enjoy a three-week paid summer vacation.
To be eligible for this position, you must be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage under your belt. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and you should have valid driver's licenses. You will also need to become certified to drive student home vans. Additionally, you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
