What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couples Support Team position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking experienced couples to join our team as Youth Development Coordinators at Milton Hershey School. As a coordinator, you will work closely with a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing guidance and support to help them succeed. You will live on campus with your spouse and work together as a team to create a supportive and nurturing environment for the students.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. You should be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and we encourage couples who have been legally married for at least two years.
