Job Overview
We are seeking married couples to become part of our dynamic team as Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment. This is a unique career opportunity that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students
- Guide and support students in their academic and personal growth
- Administer daily devotions and lead students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Handle responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting
Compensation and Benefits
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

- A schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with time for personal activities while students are at school
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Be a married couple who have been legally married for at least two years
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
