About the Role:
As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus and provide a nurturing environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth.
You will work alongside your spouse to create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes the well-being of the students.
Responsibilities:
- Residing on-campus and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Working closely with your spouse to provide a consistent family-like structure for the students
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be age 27 or older
- Not have more than three dependent children residing in the student home
