Married Couples Youth Advocates

As a flex houseparent couple, your primary responsibility will be to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for our students. This includes:

• Guiding and mentoring students in their personal and academic development
• Providing a family-like structure and setting clear boundaries
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the student home, including meal planning, budgeting, and household chores
• Transporting students to and from school and extracurricular activities
• Administering medication as needed

You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the student home and the well-being of our students.
