About the Role
As a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
You will live on-campus in a student home and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
