Job Description
As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students in your care. This will involve driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other responsibilities.
You will work closely with your spouse to create a nurturing and supportive environment for your students, and you will be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
