Join Our Team as a Family Nurturer
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students. This role involves creating a family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
As a Flex Houseparent, you will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and education of the students. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Assisting with daily care and activities
- Managing household chores and finances
- Communicating with teachers and staff

Qualifications include:

- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lead students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
