Milton Hershey School is hiring a married couple to become flex houseparents in our residential youth program.
About the Opportunity
This unique role offers a chance to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged youth while also enjoying a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Residing in an on-campus student home with a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment

- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
