What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mentor Couple for Youth Development position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to join our team of houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a houseparent, you will live on campus with a small group of students and serve as a role model, mentor, and caregiver. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide students with a supportive and nurturing environment that helps them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They will be able to lift up to 50 lbs and must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
