Campus Family Caregivers
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become campus family caregivers. These couples will live on campus and provide guidance and support to a group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As campus family caregivers, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment, managing daily activities, and overseeing students' well-being. This role includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a structured work schedule with time for personal development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
