What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mentor Couples for Disadvantaged Youth position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking motivated and compassionate couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside on-campus in a student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
