Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Mentor Couples for Disadvantaged Youth. In this unique role, you will provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
As a mentor couple, you will work together to manage daily responsibilities, including transportation and administration of medication, while ensuring a supportive and structured home for students.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
