Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will provide a family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will also participate in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
