Milton Hershey School is looking for motivated couples to become part of our team as House Parents. As a House Parent, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and nurturing environment for our students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

What We Offer
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school

We require our House Parents to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
