We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents and help us create a nurturing family-like environment for our students.
About the Role
As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will live on campus and work together to provide a consistent family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the overall well-being of the students.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED
