Responsibilities and Qualifications
">Responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and support to students
- Handling daily responsibilities such as driving and medication administration
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to chapel services
- Working closely with other staff members to ensure student well-being
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- At least two years of marriage
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
