Mentors for Disadvantaged Youth

Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers, providing a nurturing environment for students from underprivileged backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a group of 8-12 students in a family-like setting
• Handle responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and daily activities

The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and couples must have been legally married for at least two years.

Benefits

• A comprehensive compensation package totaling around $150,000 per couple
• Couples can expect relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off
