Couples serve as on-campus caregivers, providing a nurturing environment for students from challenging backgrounds. As houseparents, they manage various responsibilities, including guidance, transportation, and administration of care. This role requires a commitment to support students academically and emotionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Additionally, couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
