The Youth Development Specialist will provide guidance and support to students, as well as manage daily responsibilities and ensure a family-like atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with students to provide guidance and support
- Manage household responsibilities and ensure a smooth daily routine
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth
- Licensed to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
