What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mentorship Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
As a Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for our students. This includes managing daily responsibilities, handling student needs, and creating a positive living environment.
You will need to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff members are role models for our students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and meet specific qualifications, including experience working or volunteering with youth, being legally married for at least two years, and having no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
Additionally, you and your spouse must be willing to abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies, limit pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds, and possess valid driver's licenses with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
