We are seeking mentorship-focused couples to join our team as Mentorship Coordinators. As a Mentorship Coordinator, you will work closely with your partner to provide guidance and support to our students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans for each student
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to students
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success
