Job Description
As a mentorship leader, you will reside on campus with your spouse and provide guidance and support to students in need. You will manage daily household activities, administer medication, and foster a nurturing atmosphere through daily devotions and chapel services.
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, preferably from underserved settings
- Legally married couple with at least 2 years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than 3 dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans
- Couple must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrate high integrity and serve as role models for students
