Milton Hershey School provides a unique career path for married couples who want to make a difference in the lives of young people. As a Houseparent Couple, you will reside on campus with your spouse and guide a group of students, ages 5-18, who live in the same house. You will provide both mentorship and practical assistance, helping students develop essential life skills and academic abilities.
We are seeking couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We value integrity, honesty, and reliability, and all staff members are expected to model these qualities for our students.
