What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mentorship Opportunity position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing them with a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include supervising students, administering medication, managing budgets, and reporting student progress. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Our ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid driver's license.
