About the Position
This is a unique career opportunity for married couples who want to make a difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Residential Youth Caregivers, you will serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like structure and ensuring students' well-being in an on-campus environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide a family-like structure for students
• Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more
• Ensure students' well-being in an on-campus environment
• Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Married couple with a minimum of two years of marriage
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
