About the Role:
This is a year-round position that involves living with and mentoring high school seniors in campus residences. The primary role is to help students develop essential life skills for post-graduation success, including supervising recreational activities, providing support in personal finance and goal setting, and collaborating with staff to enhance student programs.
We are looking for an individual who can effectively mentor and support students, while also being a positive role model and demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as well as a commitment to ensuring the well-being and success of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise recreational activities and provide support in personal finance and goal setting
- Collaborate with staff to enhance student programs and ensure student success
- Provide coverage in MHS's student homes as needed
- Live with and mentor high school seniors in campus residences
