About the Position
This is a unique opportunity for married couples to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. As a Mentorship Team Lead, you will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges. You will live on campus, collaborate with other team members, and participate in the spiritual life of the school.
What You Will Do
- Provide guidance and support to students, helping them achieve academic and personal success
- Participate in daily devotions and lead students in spiritual growth
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive learning environment
- Manage daily activities, including driving and administering medication
- Ensure students' physical and emotional well-being
What We Offer
A competitive salary package of $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training are also provided. Enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
